Data analysis
- Can read output CSV format files from the DAS.
- Your primary data is kept intact and not processed in a cloud.
- Simple data entry screens allow supplementary data to be added for specific types of analysis, e.g. BMP and RBP analysis.
- Time-dependent data collected from multiple low-flow gas meters is normalised on an hourly basis to facilitate subsequent data analysis.
- Processed data can be output as a CSV file for further analysis if required in spreadsheets such as Excel.
- Software configured to accept the input convention of your geographical region (as shown on your PC).
- Processed data can be saved and reloaded at any time and updated so you can quickly graph the progress of your test or experiment.
Software development is a continuous process that depends on feedback from our customers, and we are grateful for their help and suggestions. Hence, we are now on version 1.8 of our Pi Log Processing Software, and the manual can be downloaded from this page (Pi Log v1.8). A simplified commentary on the capability of the program in analysing data for BMP and RBP analysis is also available (link above).
We are not an analytical methods development company and we do not prescribe any specific method for performing analyses such as Biochemical Methane Potential (BMP), but we have made our software analysis suite flexible to meet most user needs via our data entry options. In all cases your raw data will be preserved and protected as we do not participate in any cloud storage options for holding any of your data.
